Congrats on deciding now. Make it happen, by posting roll daily and keeping your word.

Great decision, you've come to the right place. If you quit a day or two ago, the awareness/anxiety changes are totally normal. It's called the fog, which is part of the suck, which is the beginning of your quit. I know that sounds a bit cryptic, but read the site and you'll find out plenty about the quitting process.
Start with the Welcome Center (top left) and get rolling. You will need to post roll in the Pre-HOF October 2013 group. We don't "quit forever" here, we quit 1 day at a time. In the morning we post roll as a promise to be nicotine free for that day. We worry about tomorrow when it gets here.
Feel free to PM me with any questions.

Look at all the ducks in here! Proud of you Fipping Duckers!
Jrod broke it down perfect, join us in the October quit group, quit one day at a time and keep that roll call promise. We got your back, proud to quit with you!

Love the duck avatars. Great work October. Welcome to the new quitter. Post roll every damn day and keep your word. Sounds simple right? Let me know if you need any help.

Way to go Grizzly!!!! Hang in there. The first 2 days are rough, but then the fog begins to lift and you can see again. And the Nic Bitch is well on her way out of your life!!! Grab some of the fake dip. It has helped me during those times you always are used to dipping, i.e. after meals. I'm on day 6 and feel great. A little tired, but great.

Read it so many times he can quote it in his sleep.

That's exactly right, duathman. I haven't yet graduated to spouting out lists of initials (ODAAT, QLFEDD, NAFAR, ABCDEFG, etc.) but it will come.
EGG great job posting with us this morning. You're on your way brother! Get yourself connected to some guys, get phone numbers, equip yourself! PM your phone number to me if you'd like someone to hound you through these initial stages.
