Im day 18 and us september Sultans quit everyday and quit hard. We are a tough group of people who are all here for each other. Just realize, everyone on this site has gone through what youre going through, it will be hard at times and easy at others. Im on day 18 and I feel great, so much better than i did 18 days ago and better then i did yesterday. Strive to quit everyday and just know that we are all here to help. Post roll every day, read read read everything you can on here, and be accountable. You can do this brother, PM me if you need anything.

You're doing a pretty awesome job of "Punching your Ticket" out that you reference in your intro. How about we punch our Post Roll ticket out with no misses. ALL GREEN GOOSE EGGS!!!! Old ES is game...quit on brother Sultan

HalfEmpty,

Dude....10 days today! Friggin' awesome. As I told DaveKnight, may not seem like much to LOOT, but like half an eternity to me. Proud to be a Sultan with you today, tomorrow and every day after that.

Welcome Halfempty. I prefer half full, but whatever works for you. Congrats on your quit and decision to be here. This is not the ticket...there is no ticket. You are an addict like me and will always be an addict like me. We will not be cured. This is the shiznit, the most important tool in your arsenal, your crutch, your catalyst, your stepping stone...enough metaphors. Thing is, you have to own this quit. KTC and all of us are here to help you do that while you help us. You will find that as you start to help other quitters you are really strengthening your own quit. That's what I'm doing now.
Read all you can on this site. Knowledge (btw that's what the N on Nebraska's helmets stands for) is your secret weapon against the nic bitch. Hatred is your fuel...I hate the nic bitch with a passion.
Your off to a good start. Post roll everyday. Get involved. Drink the KoolAid and you will be successful.
When you face a crave...pause for a moment and breath deep. Enjoy the control you are gaining. Just remember that crave will pass whether you use nic or not.
PM me if you need anything.

Best choice you will ever make. Read everything on KTC. There is all the knowledge you need to quit here. PM me if you need anything.
Dude I like your style so far just keep busy fill your pie hole with anything but dip. Keep close to the site this weekend there is always someone on...get numbers from quitters they can help talk you off the ledge if you get in a bad way. Its not ghey either to get numbers from quitters its weird at first but stick with it I have more quitters on my fone than personal contacts. Keep adding +1's we quit for today only forever is too long in the face of a crave. In time you will grow to hate UST its a bad relationship you give with everything way more than just money and they take not giving one shit about you. If you have any questions PM me or if you need a number. ODAAT one day at a time

halfempty,

I just posted this to flyersguy....cut/paste so much quicker than typing. Welcome!

Welcome to KTC....there's no way to say this other than to tell you for the next couple days your life is going to suck (at least mine has). But no matter what, once you've posted roll, you've told the KTC Community that you're not going to use...so don't use. If you need help, we're here for you. That's the neat thing about accountability and this community. I'm a new KTC member my own self, but I know that the words I read here come from people who have been down the row you and I are now plowing....listen to them.

PM me if you need phone numbers...I don't text much (no smart phone for me cause I'm too friggin old)....but I will answer if it rings.

You made a good choice today....KTC will help you continue to make good choices.

24 single California. I'm in the auto industry and it feels like dipping goes hand and hand with wrenching on cars and trucks. But I got this. I'm strong minded and I don't like the idea of some big ass corp having control over me. I'll post roll call right now I'm in this to win this for my self

Hey I have been dippin grizzly for 6 years and I haven't had a dip since Monday. And it has been a bitch. I have been pretty upset and really irritated. I found this site last night and I think this could be the ticket out for me.
Welcome Half. Get into your quit group: Pre-HOF September 2014 (Sultans) and post roll. Posting roll is the #1 priority at KTC. By posting roll, you are promising to everybody on this site, but most importantly yourself, that you will NOT use nicotine today (cigs, dip, cigars, patch, gum, suppository, etc.) Zero. Zilch. Not one flake. Once you post roll, you attack that day head-on. Go to bed. Wake up and do it again. One Day At A Time (ODAAT) is the KTC way to approach your quit. Don't quit for forever, just quit for today. You can quit for 24 more hours right?

There are a bunch of guys at the 4-5 day mark in the Sultans going through the same stuff you are right now. It helps to go through it with others going through the suck at the same time as yourself. All of us in that group are between 1 and about 18 days quit today, so even if we aren't right there with you, it's still fresh in our minds. Accountability + Brotherhood = Success.

Listen bro, this may be the only chance you have to grab your life back before something catastrophic happens to your health. KTC is that chance. Do you accept?
