Hi everyone. My name is Jeff, and I’m from TX. I’ve been dipping for 15 years. Since I started at age 17, I always told myself that I need to stop someday, or I will stop when this or that happens in my life, or whatever the excuse... Today I decided to quit for myself and I’m glad to have found KTC for the support.
@motorxcr Hi Jeff, I am John and I am from Southeast Texas.  21 days ago I quit dipping after dipping for 33 years.  You are in my Jan 20 quit group.  Tools I use are...I quit ONE DAY AT A TIME...I wake up piss, then post my promise....I reach out to my peeps.  Exchange numbers with vets, people in your group ....these will be the people who have your back against nicotine.  If you need me pm me your digits Ill send you mine.  We are in this together and I quit with you today!

@motorxcr you are doing great. RDB is spot on. Only exchange digits through messages and never on the forum. Send me a message if I can help at all. We quit one day at a time. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Post roll early and then just keep your word and then repeat.

Welcome. Nice job posting roll. Come back early tomorrow and do the same thing. And repeat every morning after. That’s our secret sauce in keeping quit.

Another tool is exchanging digits (phone numbers). Mine are a PM away. Exchange digits with the guys in your group, and some vets too. If you ever find yourself in a desperate crave, send a text and one of your brothers will talk you down.

Drink extra water, keep yourself busy, and read as much as you can here and at the main KTC site.

Proud to quit with you.
