Hey Dana , 38 years of slavery myself. I'm 163 days of freedom now! I'm gonna tell you one of the hardest mental challenges I've ever had. If not for my brothers and sisters and ktc I never would have made it. Go to the welcome center it will teach you how to Post Roll and navigate site. Post roll now don't wait! My name is Dana Byrnes, I hope and think I'm begining this right, on how and where to post. But on May 19, 2015, I spit out the last dip I will have have. After 38 years of chewing, mostly skoal, or grizzly, I'm done. It's been 20 days, used the patch for the first two days, then found KTC, and it's been cold turkey ever since.
