try some mint chew. It stops the cravings. It doesnt taste very good, but probably no worse than snuff did when you first started.

I'm 24 years old. Started smoking when I was 19, and integrated dip into the mix about a year later. For the past 2 years I have almost exclusively used dip. I have become way too dependent on this shit and have to hide it from some people in my life. I keep telling myself I'll quit from time to time, but I never have followed through. I work with a member on these forums who showed me some cancer pictures today of people around my age and I finally decided to get serious about this while I am in an empty house with a relatively laid back work schedule. I spit out my last dip 2 hours ago.
Congrats dude. See ya tomorrow.

Congrats on the best decision you will ever make and welcome to the suck. The first few days are hell, but the end result is well worth it. You are in the Sept quit group, as am I, make sure you post roll each day and then honor your word. Pretty simple, huh?
