No roll today? What's up man, come be a quitter today.
The first step is posting roll.
You will never leave this totally in the past because you and I are addicts. It is important to remember that or we could fall for the "just one won't hurt anything" trap.
Brave men are honored, rich men are envied, powerful men are feared, but only a man with character is trusted

Jake - Not many details in your intro. Tell us more. Why are you quitting, how old, how long did you use, etc.

Hey guys,
Im Jake and I'm on my first day of quitting. I'm done with this shit for good, and i want to leave it behind me and forget about it,
Welcome Jake good to have you here. You have the right mindset but your approach needs a little massaging. You don't want to forget about it. The memory of how we used to be fuels us to maintain our collective quit. If you forget about it, then you start rationalizing it, then, before you know it, boom...you're back to a can a day. Sure we want you to move on but you will never forget where you came from.

On to quitting. Flush any remaining supply down the toilet and start tracking on KTC DOT ORG. There is a program that will track how much money you're saving. Read in the welcome center how to post roll. Roll call is the cornerstone of KTC. You have to post roll, there is no other way. Develop contacts and friends within your group which by the way is based on your quit day which in turn makes you part of the Feb 2015 group. To get phone numbers, PM people (me included) and don't put personal info on here.

Your introduction can be used as a journal or diary. You may want to elaborate a little more about yourself because the devil's in the details. I'm quit with you today first then tomorrow because we do this one day at a time.
