Good to see you posted roll Day 1 in the August quit group. No nicotene for you today!! I remember this first couple of days and they sucked ass. I forget which one of this assholes said it but it really changed my mindset in the beginning. He told to EMBRACE THE SUCK! There's no way to stop it. What you can do is fight each crave and each tough moment as they come. Don't think about tomorrow until tomorrow. If my ass could do it, so can you man. Send me a message if want a phone number or you want to talk. I fully support your efforts! It does get easier in a couple of days.

I've quit twice this year, and failed both times, thus far. (quit monday but dipped at work yesterday).  Threw my can away about two hours ago.
Don't buy another can...don't bum a dip off your friend...don't put that shit in your mouth anymore...listen to the vets around here. There's only one way to stay quit...don't put that poison in your face any more.

You CAN do this...
you're done failing, we don't fail here

you are either working your quit (when its hard) or being quit (when its not so hard) that what this is all about we are here to keep the crap out of your mouth, use this site and you will succeed

I'm glad to find this site.  Seems like a lot of you are like me.

I've been dipping for six years now.  I've tried to quit several times.  It can last anywhere from a day to a few months.  I always end up dipping again.  I hate it.

I've had cancer before (bone) and don't really want to have it again.  In general I've always taken my health very seriously.  I lift weights frequently and eat pretty clean.  Tobacco is my major vice.

I'm 24 and have a lot of goals/plans for my life.  I would be devastated to go to the doctor one day and find out I have inoperable cancer because I was too fucking stupid to quit chewing, and now all my goals are down the shitter.

I want to get married, have kids, be an uncle, see my parents into their old age.  Dip will keep me from this.  I NEED to stop-bad!  Looking forward to progressing with you all.
