Thanks man. I'll try this again in a little bit.
Do not get too worked up about roll. It gets jacked alot in new groups. As long as you post your promise we will try to go back and repair it.

Yours is not the first or the last group that will mess up roll call. Get your promise in daily !!! We will fix the rest.
Saw your post over in October - excellent! If you need a #, just P.M. me and mine is yours. To send a P.M. click on my name above my picture of the evil egg. Then look on the right hand column for "Personal Message   Click Here". See you on roll tomorrow.

Today is day 20 and I am hanging in there w/o any slip up's. I have been using the fake stuff, but not all that much. I have been trying to really be nice at home. The last time I quit was about (5) five years ago and I took it out on my wife and kids. I am committed to my quit and in being much nicer this time to my family.
Good job so far jakrya. Question... why aren't you posting roll every day? Start posting roll every day without exception - it will strengthen your quit tremendously. What you are doing right now (not posting roll) is leaving the door open for a cave.

Here are the directions:

WD's HOW TO POST ROLL CALL
FOR Newbies!!!

Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.

Dip rage all you want to right here. Don't even think about getting nasty with your fiancée. Get a number of a quit brother and call him up and chew his ass out for no reason whatsoever. Thats what we and you are here for

I have finally joined ya'll and this is my first post. I have not had a dip since June 30th at 2:30 p.m. I have been dipping for (28) twenty eight years and I am only 41 yrs. old. I lost my father to a heart attack (tobacco user and 52 yrs. old) when I was young, I lost my oldest sister to cancer (tobacco user and 50 yrs. old) a few years back, and in June this year my middle sister (tobacco user and 53 yrs. old) had a heart attack. I am married and have two sons and I don't want them to go through this. I know for my health that I have to quit, and I have been very committed to it. I have not had any tobacco or nic. since June 30th, but it is getting a lot harder. Any advise is appreciated.

Remember, when you post roll, you are giving your word of honor not to use nicotine in any way shape or form, one day at a time. Keep your word.
