You have made a great decision Eddie. I am a new quitter like you, lets nail this. Lets not be controlled by the poison any more. We made that decision. Now we live by it each day. You are not alone brother. I quit with you.

srans covered it all eddie. Post roll every day and keep your word. Read read read. There are a lot of myths out there about nicotine, and the site has the knowledge to overcome them. I am 168 days quit, and I will tell you the first part is not easy (first few days-weeks-months each quit is unique), but if you want this bad enough you can quit, and KTC has been the difference for me and many others. Freedom is worth the fight and it gets better fast if you fight for it.

Whats up everyone, I am 21 and have been dipping since I was 17, and it was the worst choice ever. I have always dipped a can a day and I am sick of the constant problems that arise from doing so. Bad breath=Yup, Brown Tounge=Yup, and who hasnt taken a nice big gulp of that bottle you thought was Dr. Pepper. I have tried to quit before with no luck. I am in the Navy and the stress that comes with working and living with morons(not everyone), and being away from friends and family always makes me crack and say fuck it! But my last dip was 2 hours ago and this time I am dead serious about quitting. It will be a miracle if I don't choke someone out in the coming weeks hahah. Wish me luck.
Great decision. Thinks for your service. Go to top left, welcome center. Read on how and why we post roll. Post roll daily and keep your word. You'll be in the February group.

Luck is for the lotto my friend. Luck has nothing to do with quitting. Posting roll and keeping your word is up to you. How bad do you want this? If you want it bad enough you'll post roll, keep your word, make friends and stay a while.

I recommend reading. Read everything you can find on nicotine and addiction. Learning this enemy will help you more than you can imagine. A couple things you'll learn is nicotine never helped you with stress. I use to think the same thing. I thought It helped with stress. The truth is the poison added to the stress. After 270 days quit I handle stress better than ever.

I will not pretend to know what it's like being away from family and friends. That is something i've never had to do. I will tell you that the poison will never take their place. The relationship to the poison is one sided. It does not love back. The poison only does one thing well. Take!!! We were not meant to be lead around by a can of dirt. If you need anything let me know. Glad to be quit with you.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
