Hello to all,
I am here because I have tried to quit so many times. So many empty promises to myself always knowing that I was just a quick drive to the corner store to pick up another can. The people that work there don't even say hi when they see me. They just grab the can from the shelf and I give them the money. I have made everything second class to my can of dip. I have been dipping for 19 years. I am already nervous thinking about when the next craving will happen. Probably in 5 minutes. I have realized that so many problems come from wanting to dip. I would even be willing to spend less time with my son, just to feed the addiction. So many things to write about, but I think I will stop here. Today I have quit.
Great to have you in the quit pool. You have one post to your name, so i'm going to guess you haven't posted roll yet. Check out the left side of your screen. Welcome center. Read how and why we post roll. Pay particular attention to why. You can keep your word for a day right? You'll be in the april group.

Start reading everything you can on addiction/nicotine. Learn your enemy, it knows you. Knowledge is power. There is a ton of information on this site. Enough to help you with craves for a week or two. If your reading your learning. Reed hof speeches, words of wisdom and anything else you can find on this site that might help an addict like yourself stay poison free.

You can do this my friend,, you know how I know? I did. Check out the top right of your screen, you'll see Inbox (1). This will be my message with phone number. You need anything let me know. Call or text anytime.
Hof date may 25, 2013
HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
