Hey Dsanders. Smart move to quit on a Friday. Uses up a weekend but keeps your worst days away from workplace. I noticed some of the guys get more edgy on weekends once they've quit (including me), so plan stuff to occupy yourself. With a 7 year old you won't have any problem doing that! Welcome aboard, keep up your quit. One day at a time is the motto.

You left the room when you needed a dip?? Hell my 74 saw me do it everyday. If they wanted to talk to me when I was stuffing my face I would just turn my back a little. Then give a yes or no answer and spit a nice juicy brown shit drool down the sink. Either way we realize what mistakes we made. Welcome to KTC and read a lot of the info on here. Some is quite funny when you really need, because you find out we are all alike in our addiction.

Hey gang. My name is Dave and I quit on 6/14/2013. Today is Monday 6/17 and it's a tough day. I quit because dip is evil and horrible crap. It steels from me all the time. I know I must push forward but is still rough. What is keeping me strong is prayer and remembering that when I was dipping I had to leave my 7 year old's side when ever I wanted to dip. This makes me super sad. I spent all my money on dip and went broke. This is no fun. I'm glad there is a group here. God willing, at the end of today I will have 3 days no dip.
