Welcome to the best decision of you life!! KTC is fucking bad ass and will keep you quit as long as you follow the lay of the land.

Post roll every day. Take it one day at a time. The next few days are going to be fucking hell but you can get through it. Read as much as you can and listen to the vets. We've all been there and we are here now. We are QUIT!!


If you have family, take this from MinuteOfAngle:

I'm glad you've finally decided to divorce the nic bitch. Remember, this is more than a habit. You are an addict. Let all the other addicts in here help you guard your quit. Post roll everyday, and quit one day at a time. Whenever you are feeling weak, pop in here, into chat, wherever, and get the strength you need from the veterans, as well as those along side you dealing with their own early quits.
