So, I'm making the jump. I currently have a wide awakening scare going on. I have, what looks like a hole forming in my gums. For the past 13 years I've been dipping and this is the result. Plus, I need to save money. I figure my total per year for spending on dip is over $2k. That's a mortgage payment, a few new rifles, debts, I can pay off.

My biggest fear is the stress and short temper. I was infantry in the Marine Corps, and I've been to hell and back and during that time, I dipped. It made me feel calmer, more focused.

Now that I'm a civ. and I have everyday stresses, its going to be hard.
Welcome my friend. I have one correction for you, the dip did not keep you calm at all or help you through those times... The nic butch is a sneaky whore and your mind makes believe it helped. You post roll EDD and take it ODAAT and you will realize you can stay calm and handle situations without chew. We all entered this life and lived a number of years functioning highly without chaw. Let your body and brain reaide and you will come out the other side a better man.

We are here to help, post roll and spend time reading all of the info that is at your disposal on this support site. I'm happy to call you a quit brother

Stay quit my friend, I will with you today! Pm me if you have questions or want to swap some digits
What he said^^^^! Great job kremerica
Kre... You stud.. Preach it brother.

No more fear Thommy... It's over.
You have been leaning on a lie and failing at trying to chemically self medicate your life, your problems, and your stress. Seems it may have had an impact on your temper and self control also?
Nicotine is a drug that only makes your problems and your life harder to deal with.
1 problem + nicotine = 2 problems.
Let's go to work Marine.... Let's start FOCUSING on the TRUTH.
Truth is you were not created to need poison! Jump on that!!
Post roll, stand on your word, take that integrity and buy some freedom with it. ODAAT EDD.
I quit with you today.
Aliso appreciate your service. Thank you sir.
Rawls
Thanks for your service man, if you post roll every day and get digits with guys in your group you will have the tools for success. But it the end it comes down to holding yourself accountable. Tons of benefits being dip free.

Good move brother....You just stepped off with the right foot....you have Quit...you have admitted your an addict....most importantly - you joined KTC and Posted Roll in June2015.....Take this Quite One Day At A Time....it will be pretty shitty for next couple days.....then it will continue to be shitty for awhile longer....but before you know it...life will start to level out and you'll start feeling pretty damn good

The most important thing i've done since my day 1 is Post Roll.....i post roll Every Damn Day....wake up / piss / post roll / make that promise to your self and our quit group that you will not use nicotine....go to bed / wake up / repeat
Despite all my Rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage.
KTC is a Team Sport....There will be no Individual Events today
This is the dumbest fucking thing I've read here in a long, long time. - Nolaq

Let's do this! Quit killing yourself and kick the nic whore to the curb. Here you aren't alone. We are all going through this together. We post roll every day, with a promise to not use nicotine TODAY. Come on over to the June 2015 Pre-HOF group and give your promise. Quit with the June Goons Today.
