it can be your last quit, for today. then you should quit tomorrow all over again!

soon you'll be the mastah of quit and will laugh off any crave.

key to quit longevity:

post roll first thing every damn day.

simple as that, all you have to do is keep that promise. I'm down with that!

Learn the KTC quit plan, and then live the plan because it works. Read everything on KTC (notice a trend to all the advice?), and get involved here. A.J. speaks true, own your quit! You are the only one with the power... PM me if you need anything.

Hi folks,
Very glad to find this forum. I've quit too many times but with what I've seen on KTC I'm inspired to make it my last and never go back.
Reading the article of the guys kids asking why their daddy was being taken from them was just too real for me.

Hope I can help others with their resolve too.

Welcome in bro.

One little correction... You never quit before. You've just stopped many times over.
Now... You're here and that's the difference. Hit the Welcome Center and read up on what/why/how we do things here. Follow the well worn path... It leads to freedom.

Get involved... Stay involved... Own it.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
