Hunting season for the Nic Bitch began 3 days ago. Keep tracking her ass and plugging her with some slugs. Bitch is like a zombie, just don't let her get close and all will be fine. 3 days and physically nicotine is out of your system, not out of your head though. Get as many contacts as possible and hold on tight to the site.

Donk please listen to the advise given by everyone. Nicotine addiction sucks, quitting sucks, but not quitting sucks worse it kills! My nearly 40 yr addiction is no harder to quit than yours but one thing is for damn sure if I can blow the shit out of my life you can too! I'm motivated as hell today to quit and I will be here everyday to support you if you want my help! Check your inbox!

Donk--great decision to quit. Congrats! Kinda like Ice Cube said: Quittin ain't easy but it's necessary. Post roll every morning..stick to your guns..don't pay attention to these cocksuckers that talk a big talk and cave a week later. Stay the course and fuck shit up (FSU BABY). Smash this addiction.

Quit with you..you need anything or a number..PM me.

Donk welcome to the KTC, it is great that you have decided to take back control of your life from the nic bitch. There are a lot of long term chewers around (+20 years) including my self. You can do this, take the time to read the welcome section and learn what we do why we do it and how we do it.

From this point forward its a complete mind game. Just be strong. We've all been where you have been and can get you through it should you ever need the help. Give it some time and before you know it, you'll wake up one day and feel like normal again. Just know that turning back to nicotine is never the answer. She'll tempt you back hardcore, but those cravings will pass.

Haven't had a chew in over 3 days and doing good. Haven't done that in over 20+ years! Doing good so far dipping some Smokey Mountain when I get the urge. So far that seems to be doing it for me.

Hunting season coming up will be the real test!
