Today is the day. I started my quit at 8AM! I can tell you it was scary as hell to leave the house for work without my can...I have been dipping for almost 15 years, and recently dipping two cans of skoal per day. Any support from those of you that have been there before would be great. Thank you!
Your story is my story. And a thousand others here.... It can be done man. Embrace this site and the people here and you cannot fail. No half assing, it's all or nothing. Accountability is the key. Read everything and start posting roll in the May 2014 group. (I think that's the newest group).
I have control over my quit. There's no luck involved. - Diesel2112
