You had better not give up this fucking easy.  If you want your kids to grow up with their father there for all of their life's milestones then you will get back in here and post roll.  Don't be controlled by the can.
Really...that's it for you?
C'mon A86 -- get your head in the game and stay focused on why you came here in the first place. If you went through the trouble to set-up a profile, screen name, and describe yourself a bit, then surely you're not going to let yourself be one-and-done? Lots of support on this site and within your June quit group -- but you have to be man enough to extend your hand and ask for assistance. Going it alone doesn't work well here. Waiting.
Why would you have even bothered with this site if you're going to back out already? Quitting isn't easy, but that's why we're all here, to help each other through it. Dig your nut sack out of the garbage and man up.
Nothing to see here...move along.
Quit since 1/23/14

Hello I am a 28 year old father of two who has decided to quit dipping for good!! I have tried several times in the past to quit only to find myself going back to it . I have been dipping since I was 16 years old and dipping anywhere from one to two cans a day ! I have decided tonight was the last time I will ever put another dip in my lip, I want to quit for my kids !! If anyone could please assist me on how to use this site it would be appreciated .
Haven't seen you post roll today big guy... Today is a new day and a new beginning and a promise you have to make to us (posting roll) and a promise to yourself, that you will not use nicotine today.

Log on here, post, read, don't dip.

Don't quit for your kids. Quit for yourself. I can promise you that if you don't quit for yourself it will not last. You must really WANT to quit.
So true^^^^! Those little ones can be secondary motivation but I promise you from 33 years of experience that using them as a reason won't last. 33 years ago I was where you are now. Two years ago I used 2 little grandkids as a secondary motivator but I was finally ready to face reality that I was sick of slavery and wanted my life "back". Not really back because I never had experienced freedom as a adult at age 56 years old. Today I am still learning to live life free of nicotine one day at a time.

Hi Anthony
The best place to start is to read everything in the welcome center. Salmon colored tab up top. Learn how to post roll. It's everything! Welcome to the family. You will be in June 2014 quit group.
