Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

The formula here is simple - join your March '18 quit group. Post roll early every morning. By posting roll, you promise not to use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day. Do the same thing tomorrow, and every tomorrow afterwards. By posting early in the morning, before you leave your house, you take nicotine off the table for the rest of the day, as long as you are a man of your word.

Get to know the guys in your quit group. They all quit at around the same time you did, and will be going through much the same things you are. Exchange digits with a few of them, and reach out when you need to. Also, be prepared to lend a hand if one of your brothers in quit reaches out to you.

One last thing - you have never quit before. You've only stopped temporarily. We Quit once, one day at a time.

negavol Introduction

Hello all,

Today is the day that I no longer put nicotine into my body.

I started dipping at 17 when I was a senior in high school. I grew up in a very small town and that was what you did around our parts. I would continue to dip up until I was around 22 or so. I quit for a couple of years and then I started dipping again. I started dipping pouches as it was a neater alternative to long cut. Pouches then led to long cut again. A few years later and I am finally quitting for good.

Dipping has always been a strange thing for me. I only dip when I am at work and when i leave work, I don't really think about it anymore. Over the weekends I don't crave a dip and even on my week long vacation a couple of months ago I didn't have a dip and didn't really think about having one. I'm not sure if it is something for me that passes the time at work since I am bored a lot of the times or what. Regardless I am done!!!

I look forward to getting to know everyone and helping others as they in turn help me.
