Live in DFW. Work in Oil/Gas, which is full of Copenhagen abusers 'bang head' . Tough gig being around it all day. I have 2 boys and my first girl is on her way.

Smoked for 13 years. Quit for 2 months. Started chewing Skoal pouches. Took off my training wheels and moved to Copenhagen Long Cut and was hooked for the last 5 years. Long overdue for this quit.

I joined the June Quit Group. Posted roll about 15 min ago and I'll be back in the morning to do it again.
PM sent. We have a lot in common. I quit with you!

JW, I sent you a private message. Check your inbox _/ upper right corner of your screen. Click it and read. Some fine quitters in your area to support you. I left you my number if you need to cuss someone out while you quit. I've heard it all, I think, unless you can get creative with the quit cussing.

Started my quit on December 1st, 2013. 1st week Fog. Made it through it. Made it 55 days. Fog came back, with a vengeance. I caved and I kept caving everyday until today.

Resolve is better now. Starting over. No excuses this time.
Sorry you didn't join us sooner but that's in the past. I encourage you to read all you can on the site and learn from the success of others. Post roll, keep your word and repeat every morning. The brotherhood is amazing and support is here for the asking.

Its pretty hard on your own eh? I made it 12 days on my own, knew I couldn't do it alone, found this site, learned how and why we post roll, posted roll every day for 103 days so far, will post 104 tomorrow. Welcome. This site works if you really use it. Read, make friends, keep your daily promise. You can do this!
