Keep up the good work and use that Support! Chris is very wise and has been a great help to me! If you want my Digits hit me up. I am here for you and 9 Days in. Embrace these feelings and remember them, I know I don't want to go through them again. Everyone has different feelings at different times, but we are all dealing with that you are dealing with and we understand! Proud to quit with you today!

Hello everyone....day 11 for me!  It's been a long 11 days.  Each day I have had my struggles with cravings, or just urges to dip.  The last couple of days have seemed to be the worst.  I figure if I can just get through the next couple of weeks these cravings and urges will subside.

Hi Cary,

This site uses accountability and your ability to keep your word for 24 hours.  The first thing you need to do is post roll with your quit group.  Posting roll is where you state your promise to remain nicotine free for 24 hours.  We only quit one day at a time here.  You said your quit 11 days ago so that would put your quit date at January 21, correct?

That puts you in the April 2019 Pre-HOF Quit Group.  You can click that and it will take you there.

Find the most recent Roll Post, hit quote, add your promise under the "New Bad Ass Quitters" heading and hit post.  Then keep your word for the rest of the day, come back tomorrow morning and do it again.  Repeat this regiment daily.  In the meantime, get to know your fellow quitters by exchanging digits (phone numbers) with them.  This is the best way to build your accountability and brotherhood network, plus it gives you instant access to support if you need it.  Anyone of these bad ass quitters will bend over backwards to help you quit but you have to want it for yourself.  We can't quit for you.

The cravings will subside on their own.  Fruit juice does help though and drinking lots of water and reading all you can about your addiction.

So, time to go post roll. Send me a private message if you want my digits.

Chris
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.
