Good luck to you cope junkie! You can beat this shit, trust me. 20 years myself and a week QUIT! Get yourself hooked up with the June group and be proud. Every single day is a battle, and every single day is another accomplishment. Trust me, after day 4, you'll look at things a bit differently, but your battle has just begun....

I came across this site about a month ago and have been reading it daily since. Playing baseball all through high school and college, Copenhagen has been a part of my life for 13 years.

I had always said when I meet the right girl I would stop. Well I met her a year ago and for all she knows, I quit 9 months ago. Y'all know the tricks: long showers, always volunteering to go to the store, taking the long way home after work. Well this morning on the drive to work, I opened a new, fresh can and put that pinch of Cope in like every other morning. As soon as I did, something changed. I decided f-this and took it out and threw my can out the window.

I pulled in to Wal-Mart and bought some cans of Smokey Mountain and thus begins Day 1
Congratulations on your decision, it is the best one of your life.

Get one thing straight, If you quit for someone else, you will fail. As soon as that person pisses you off, you will run to the can just to show them who's boss.

Head over to your June group Here, post roll with your promise of not dipping today.

Read everything you can and get involved YOU CAN DO THIS!
Very nice. Please be sure you are doing this for YOU and not anyone else. I think most here will tell you that is the only way to succeed...that and posting roll call here EVERY day.
