So if I told you one of the dips you are having today or tomorrow would be the one that caused you to lose your jaw, you probably would quit today? Dump the can and be quit now.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Welcome! Just in case you didn't know, each time you try to quit it gets harder and harder. So, make this one count mk? If you follow the KTC system you will be successful, but if you try to lone wolf it, you will be a slave yet again. Good luck my friend, and I quit with you today!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jeff. I am a chewer for a little over 1 year. I originally quit for half a year then got back on to it. Originally I quit cold turkey with relatively no problems but trying to do it this second time is a struggle and have decided it is time to get assistance and support. My girlfriend and family want me to quit as bad as I want to but they don't seem to understand how hard it is and why I do it. I feel like joining a community like this is a great thing to help me quit with support from those who understand.

Hope I get the opportunity to talk and meet some people that understand.

You will get the opportunity to chat with many men and women here who understand your addiction. do you understand your addiction? give me a little more to go on here....... First off. Change your quit date to today and QUIT NOW. Dump your stash in the crapper and say good riddance. Hit up the Welcome Center, Learn How to Post Roll (December 2014 is your group), Honor your word, and repeat daily.

Quit for yourself and nobody else. If you are here to do that then welcome.

I see Mogul was typing at the same time I was. He is a total bad ass quitter and the very reason I am still here. Listen to him and the rest of what you are about to read. This place works.
