Glad to see you on roll today. Get through the fog 1 day at a time, hell, 1 hour at a time if necessary.

Get through the fog, it'll clear and you'll feel true freedom from nicotine.

Welcome to the nuthouse Kirstyn. There is alot of support and fun to be had here. Take advantage of all of it. Sounds like you found the chat room ok. Use it to vent, get advice or just pass some time.

Again, welcome aboard and congrats on quitting(not taking a break).

It was truly special watching you on chat last night start off with the attitude that you weren't sure you wanted to quit; then go dump your cans, and post roll. That was so badass last night and I'm stoked to see you here on the intro page. This won't be easy, but if you use the tools here, continue to make a daily promise, I will guarantee you won't regret it. Embrace the suck of quitting these next few days and promise yourself never to go through it again. Once you get through the 1st three days and the fog lifts, that feeling of freedom from the can will be awesome.

PM me if you ever need a life line

Welcome in!
I wish I had the smarts to do at 18 what you're doing right now.
Stick with our plan... It works.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Buckle up for a rough ride today and this weekend Kirstyn, drink a ton of water and stay close to this site. There are many quitters on the KTC who wished they quit at 18, so show us all how to stay quit at a young age!
Kirstyn, what a great decision you are making to quit so young! You can do this. There is a lot of support here for you. The key is making some friends for support and posting and keeping your promise everyday. Welcome young lady!

My names Kirstyn. I'm 18. I've been dippin since my freshman year of high school. Just quit yesterday. I've "quit" before, more like taken a break. But it never lasts. I want this time to be different. My boyfriend hates that I dip. We are financially stressed and my habit doesn't help. I feel trapped.
Kirstyn.
Welcome to KTC, you have an addiction to smokeless tobacco not a habit. I see you posted roll today too; atta girl. Now brace for this roller coaster ride. You will not be yourself for a couple if weeks. The first couple of days you will fight urges, then the fog will set in and you will feel like life is in slow motion. Then you may start snacking excessively. Get ready to change your life because this will all be new to you.

PM me if you ever need any help. I am here and I can say there are several badass women quitters here that may also offer their assistance to you.
