Aaron, congrats on quitting. The other two times were not quits, just longer pauses between dips than normal. While that may seem like a trivial difference, it is not.

No one here will push you into signing up and posting roll. They shouldn't anyway. Folks here WILL give you all the help you need- you just need take the first steps. This place will keep you QUIT if you go all in. We don't try, we do. We don't pause, we quit. If that interests you, if you want or need some accountability to finally quit (like I did), take the first steps. Take Cbird's advice and read, read, read.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.

I quit seven days ago. Third time really trying to quit but so far has been the easiest time. I think this time is because I'm quitting fornme. Still haven't really figured out the quit group thi g yet but I'm sure I'll get it over time.

Aaron.
Welcome Aaron. 100 days from your quit date is in May 11th, therefore, you are in the May '13 quit group.

Here at KTC we post roll in our quit group everyday and promise to our group that we will not have any form of nicotine for the day. Feel free to hop in the room and post your day 7 promise.

Also, check your Inbox(1) on the top right part of the screen.

...really trying to quit...
Welcome Aaron -

We don't "try" here. We "quit" here. Nothing more, nothing less...one day at a time.

You are not alone. Follow CBird's directions to join your brothers here in this fight for your life.

I will post my pledge to not use nicotine again tomorrow and hope to see you do the same. Glad to be quit with you today. You can do this.

Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site.

This a a NO NICOTINE SITE, period, no discussion. Why this Site Works

Biggest thing to do is get acquainted with this site. Highly recommend you go here: WELCOME CENTER and Getting acclimated

Your quit decision MUST be 100% your decision. Anything short of that sets you up for failure by allowing your addict brain to blame a given situation as reason for you to go back to the can
