Welcome to the group! Hit the chatroom and post roll everyday, there's some great, great guys in here that are totally devoted to their quit. Not only their own personal quit, but have an interest in everyone elses. But you can only control your own...so, glad you gave up that pussy Skoal blue can and join the ranks of the quitters!!!

Over 2 weeks clean and feeling strong. Skoal Mint LC for 17 years. 1 can a day... The beast has not been as strong as i thought it would be. Cravings are low but the side efects are freaking wiiillld.

This site turned me on to Hootch a year ago but i never fully commited (quitting for a woman, not for me). Now that i've decided i want to these last few weeks have made me feel much more powerful for being able to take back control.
