The best, and I mean best, part about being quit is I do not lie and sneak, and steal away to buy or use dip. I truly now live an honest life. Follow the methods here and so can you. Good luck.

By the time you are on day four, I'll be hitting day 99. Yeah there's 95 days between us but without the brotherhood and accountability of KTC both of us could go back to our evil ways in a heartbeat. I've made it damn near all the way to HOF but I did not do it alone. Absolutely, no frickin way did I get here all by myself. My quit brothers and sisters helped me get to this point and you will to. Let KTC work for you. Make as many phone contacts as possible and be sure to post roll call every damn day. If you can't post roll for some reason, notify one of your KTC phone contacts and they will post roll for you. We are all here to help and the more we help others with their quit, the more we help our own quit.

All you gotta do is gather up all your snuff and destroy it by flushing, burning, or blowing it to kingdom come with tannerite.

You got this just as we got this.

Dan, I sat down with my wife and came up with a month long "cut down" plan with a set quit date like yours. Why??? because a was SCARED to quit!!! Until I found this site one day, jumped ALL in, got educated, and went home to hand my last can of Grizzly to my wife. Cold turkey, NO FEAR for the past 46 days! Do it NOW brother!!!

I see you posted roll, so buckle up for a rough weekend, but you'll be on Day 4 by the 10th, and nearly back to normal. Wise move friend.

Dan, first off let's get you on the right track. #1. You do not have a habit. You have an addiction. #2. You are not going to try and quit. We don't try here at KTC, we QUIT. Lose those addict words and you'll be on your way to freedom. #3. No where in your intro, do you say the words, "I need and want to quit for ME." Quitting for your marriage and quitting for your wife will NOT work. #4. We do not give future dates to quit, we quit RIGHT NOW. Honestly Dan, you can do this but you need to lose that addict talk, unfuck yourself and quit!
my granny died on Quarrier st. in charleston...could not breath..thanks to nicotine. my dad and mom died from nicotine related diseases.
We are addicts of nicotine.
We quit one day at a time. ODAAT
We do it the KTC way...read up, get into chat...drink the koolaid like creek water brother..It will save your life!

Quit now. dump it all. dump your stash. look in the mirror and have a talk. Let's do this.
You can do this...I promise. It does get better.
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.

Welcome!

Quit right now. Pour it out, flush it down the toilet, whatever you have to do... Start today and you will already be on Day 4 by the 10th.

I kept saying I'll quit tomorrow, but tomorrow never came until I finally said enough is enough. Stand up to it today.

Introduction
« on: November 07, 2014, 11:36:00 AM »
Hello all, I am a Paramedic from the state of West Virginia. My addiction to smokeless tobacco has pretty much damaged my marriage. I have been dishonest with my spouse about my habits, I have a two can a day habit. I have lied about how much it costs, lied about the money that I have spent on tobacco, bounced checks to cover my habit. I recently took some money from her to buy snuff. I am not sure that I can fix the damage done to my relationship. I am going to try to quit. I have chosen a date of 11/10/2014 to quit. I have become a different person from the time that I had been married this time. Looking forward to working here and quitting.
