Big congrats on the HOF today ... you are no where near done, nor are you cured! Welcome to the first floor bro, do NOT become complacent. Keep an eye on January 2015's quit group. Go pick a dude and bring him under your wing ... pay it forward bro!
Wow first JoeC and now you ted. Congrats. I agree with Smeds. At 100 days you definitely know how to quit. Now go show someone else how to do it.
Congrats Tedn on reaching 100 days. Keep up the good quit

Hi
this is my first post - I started quitting yesterday.
My friend joe c called me and told me about this site and the support for quitting.
So here I am.
Best,
ted
Gents,

This is one of my oldest friends Ted. We started dipping together over 30 years ago and will quit together. Please help me help him.
Ted, you will do this. Stick to the plan, post roll and stay close to this site. The next few day will suck. Embrace the suck and don't look back. Fuck it bud, nic ran its course and now the bitch has to go.
Ted,
First thing first. Go to the Welcome center and learn how to post roll. Maybe JoeC can help you.
Next, use this intro to tell your story. It is easier for us to help you if we know a little about you.
Ted and Joe C you guys have some built in accountability right away. Make sure you use that as a tool. Keep each other posting and quitting. Good luck.
Congrats on a great decision. Keep expanding that accountability circle. Best friends are sometimes put between a rock and a hard place when in comes to accountability. Addicts can be VERY, VERY defensive of the BS logic they have spun over the years to enable them to feel good (or less bad) about dipping, and failing to quit. Whatever the source of support....they will have to be willing to say things that may PISS YOU OFF. On the other hand, making a promise to someone that you know you will have to look in the eye makes for some great accountability.
You can do this. It gets better. It is worth it.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.
