Great decision to quit. Read everything on KTC. You will find so much knowledge here. The KTC way works. I was 2 cans of apple skoal a day for the last few years of my 20+ years dipping, and could never quit until I found KTC and drank the kool-aide. PM me if you need anything.

Hope your ready for the weekend. Sent you a pm with my number. Read all you can on this site. I used a can a day for 20 years , and posting roll landed me at 277days ODAAT. If I can do this you can do this. Proud to have you join us. I quit with you.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

Hang tough heading into the weekend, my fellow Day 4 brother. Lots of valuable advice as to how to deal with a "new" weekend (hopefully you've seen some of it) and one with a "little" game on on Sunday... Hope your week is ending well, and hit me with a PM if you want to compare week/ends. Stay strong!

Good stuff here and congrats on taking the first step. Introduce yourself a bit, please. Where ya from, what'd you dip, how long, etc.
I am from the Northwestern part of Ohio. I had dipped for almost 6 years. I have decided it was time to give it up. It was a release. I teach school and coach baseball. I am looking forward to what lies ahead. Thanks for the support fellas.

Good choice Quitlegit. I would have never been able to quit as long as I have without this site. I am currently on day 47 and have just started to feel better the past few days.

This first week is the fucking worst, if you can make it through that (and you will) the hardest part is over. Load up on sunflower seeds, gum, beef jerky dip, whatever you have to do to keep that shit out of your mouth. If you have an unbearable urge to dip, do some pushups or go run, get some exercise to take your mind off it.

We're all in this quit together, you got this man. If you ever want to talk send me a message.

Just wanted to take a second and tell everyone I am ready to QUIT! I look forward to both giving and receiving support. Thanks for having me.
Welcome quitlegit,

I saw you got roll posted already. It will get much easier to figue out roll as time goes on. Take it a day at a time and stay strong and don't give up. That nic is a bitch and won't let go easy. If you need any help just pm me and I'll give you a hand. I am on day 71 and it wasn't until day 50 or so where I started seeing serious improvements. So stay strong and it will get easier. Make sure you post every day. Also, everyone on this is here to help. Do not be afraid to reach out for help.
