Hang in there, Mike. It gets better. I can't recall how long it took for my sleep to normalize. But it will. Remember to see it for what it is...recovery.

You didn't become an addict overnight. And it is going to take a little while for your brain to re-wire itself. But the good news is that you're in the right place. Scroll through roll call...not just your own group, but all of them. Look how many people are, or have been, right where you are right now. That is a ton of bad ass quitters!

There are no short cuts and nobody can do this for you. We can help, but you have to do the heavy lifting here, hoss. The good news is that you can do it. You can live free again...you just gotta put your mind, body and spirit into it...and get some mints or something.

Hey man. You're not alone on the sleeping problems. This is very normal in your stage of quitting. It's just the nic bitch and your addict brain trying to make you miserable enough to draw you back in. Don't fall for it. Embrace it. This is what you'll need to remember down the road hen your quit is going a little bit smoother. When you forget this misery, you fail.

A lot of guys go for some Melatonin as a sleep aid and have good results with it. Some guys just start working out or work out even more. It all comes down to you. You'll have to try a few things and choose what's best in your case. Buckle down, bring your 110% A-game, and get through the next couple of days with your chin up, and the sleeping problem will take care of itself as your brain rewires. PM me if you have questions, want to swap a phone number, or need help with anything at all.

Hi, I'm Mike little tired as having tough time sleeping through the night. I chewed 3-4 cans a day for the last 10 years. Thanks
