yeah its a random avatar I uploaded from the internet as I was bored during work today think about none other than a big fatty in my lip. so I kept seeing all these provocative chic type avatars that a bunch of members have on this site and decided to copy them.... I hope to copy them in staying quit too but man or man I want a lipper now.... this is the time of day I always crave one. just getting home from a stressful day at work. f--k..... definitely craving one.....
Hang in there, most of us like to stare at the avatars to focus on something other than chew...

The first few days will suck and sounds like they are.....get past these by drinking water, lowering your expectations of what you will get done in a day....I literally had to lower mine to getting my underwear on right and posting roll, then not to dip for the rest of the day.....now I am at 181 days.feeling really good, still some off days, but for the most part normal Be a Badass! take hold of your nuts and get to quitting ! go thru this once and only once, but never let it get to far from your memory least you become complacent

The problem I have had before when I would quit was that I would always come up with the "one more time" excuse, and I will quit tomorrow.  F--k tomorrow....  I need to quit tomorrow.  Addicts are always quitting tomorrow
Can you get that chick to show us her boobies?
Yeah, she looks like she wants to. Do you have that kind of pull with her? Thanks. That'd be great.

If I had a dollar for every time I have said I will quit tomorrow I wouldn't have to work anymore. Just quit and don't look back. Worry about getting through today minute by minute if you have to. That is all that matters right now. Getting through today.

I have been in a submission hold from dip for 12 years. I do about 2-3 cans a week. I have cut back a bunch in the last 2 years since dating my girlfriend (now fiance). She knows I would dip sometimes (weekends, fishing trips) but she has no idea I do it daily during the week. I use to smoke socially so she thinks dipping is much better and tolerates it. I will stop using for 2 days or so at a time but then go back via a stressful day at work for example. The longest I have gone without using was 4 days (in the last 12 years--that SUCKS). A friend of mine told me to try online support to quit. Thats what he did. He dipped for about 19 years and quit cold turkey 2 years ago. I have mad respect for him. I told myself I would quit today and found this group. I am optimistic I have the will power to get out of this nic submission hold.

Hang in there man - Sorry we missed you. The first few days can be rough. I am on day 16 and quitting is the best decision I have made in my life. Use the site as much as you can these first few days. If you need help ask for it. You will get all that you need.

Brother, sorry for your intro getting overlooked. Great job in your decision to quit. You're already posting roll so remember to stay active out there and post your nuts off. If you need a number to call when you get to struggling, give me a PM and mine is yours. Stay strong and stay quit. Be the man you're supposed to be in this whacked out crazy world.
What he said, bro. Let me know if you need anything. I too dipped for 22+ years and quit cold turkey 38 days ago and counting. This place is how you do it right. Stay close, read everything, post roll daily and keep your word. Welcome aboard.
