Thanks for the quick replies. I appreciate it. I know I'm going to need all the help I can get, but I feel fortunate to have found this site and will be glad when I can get that damn bear out of my head.

My name is Ryan and it's about time I quit this crap. My excuse for years has been that I'm not a quitter. This is somewhat true, but what a load of s#%t when it comes to quitting my Kodiak addiction. Truth be told, I'm at Kodiak's mercy. I love it like it's my best friend. I know it's horrible for me but I always find a way to justify putting another pinch in my lip. This has been going on for 16 years and I need to stop now. Just wanted to introduce myself and voice my addiction story. Glad to get this out there and I can't wait to meet you.

Kodiak is not your friend. Never has been. The bear doesn't make anything better. Does not solve any problem. However, for 16 years your brain has been trained to believe those lies.

Just a straight up addiction to nicotine. It can be beat. We are proof.
