I think I might have just pissed my pants. Seen the link before but been afraid to click. Rdude, that link might save your quit. A handful of people made me laugh my first couple days and it REALLY helps to recenter your train of foggy thought.

Highly recommend. 'crackup'
OMG ... I don't even know what to say ... except that this has strengthened my quit by a thousand-fold.

Your best friend is killing you.

Quit today. Over time, your quit will be your true best friend, and it won't give you the grey gums.

Thanks for the quick replies. I appreciate it. I know I'm going to need all the help I can get, but I feel fortunate to have found this site and will be glad when I can get that damn bear out of my head.
If I can help, let me know. I can't take credit for this but it helped me in the beginning of my quit.

My name is Ryan and it's about time I quit this crap. My excuse for years has been that I'm not a quitter. This is somewhat true, but what a load of s#%t when it comes to quitting my Kodiak addiction. Truth be told, I'm at Kodiak's mercy. I love it like it's my best friend. I know it's horrible for me but I always find a way to justify putting another pinch in my lip. This has been going on for 16 years and I need to stop now. Just wanted to introduce myself and voice my addiction story. Glad to get this out there and I can't wait to meet you.
Welcome.

Kodiak is not your friend. Never has been. The bear doesn't make anything better. Does not solve any problem. However, for 16 years your brain has been trained to believe those lies.

Just a straight up addiction to nicotine. It can be beat. We are proof.

Check out this link Welcome Center Then head on over to November and post roll.

You need anything...just say the word. You got 100's of guys here ready to dropping almost anything at a moments notice all to ensure you stay quit.
Quit: 3/23/10
All good things in all good time.

Glad to have you here, you have come to the right place. Now just get rid of all your nicotine, post roll call, and use the shit out this site.... simple and effective! Some days are gonna suck but there is always someone here who has had the same experience and can help you through it.
Kick some ass!
