Coleman:

No. 1 - You aren't trying to quit. You are quitting. Simple as that.

No. 2 - You went through Basic. This shit isn't as hard as that. Matter of fact, they are quite similar. One is just as much a mind fuck as the other.

Coleman,

Listen to these good quitters and QUIT NOW. You mentioned if you don't stop you "will have mouth problems"---It is more accurate to say MOUTH CANCER or maybe even throat or stomach cancer---don't TEST FATE. Look at are lovely cancer pics and scare the Barjesus out of yourself. OK, now start posting roll!

Pm me if you need anything

Glad to have you and thank you for what you do. The best advice I can give you is to quit for today. Don't worry about tomorrow or forever. We wake up and post roll first thing. When you post roll you are making a promise to yourself and your fellow quitters that you will not use nicotine of any form that day. If you post roll and make that promise, you will have all of the support you need or want. Get email addresses and numbers from other quitters on the site. Promise those quitters that you will call or email them prior to using nicotine. Give them a chance to talk some sense into you. I know getting to a phone might be a challenge for you, but I'll answer an email from you at anytime if needed. Strap in and get ready to kick the nic bitch. If I can quit the cope, anybody can quit. You got this. Let me know if I can be of any help to you and PM if you need my number or email address. Now get on over to December and post roll airman.

Coleman

Thank you for serving, I am very grateful. You have come to the right place. Check out the pink/salmon welcome center link on the top of the screen. This explains the site and what we do. The most important thing we do here is roll call everyday. This is a promise to not have any chew or nicotine for the day. Thats it, a promise for one day. Then when you wake up the next day you make the same promise.

Once you understand roll call, head over to the December quit group and post roll.

Proud to quit with you,

Steve

New here. Tryin to QUIT.

Hey all,

My name is Jordan. I'm 20 years old. I've been dipping since I was around 14. I'm from Kentucky. I am currently active duty in the US Air Force, stationed at Moody AFB in Valdosta, GA. Right now, I am doing a seven month deployment here in Afghanisthan. Only a couple more months to go, if that.

On average, I go through one log per week here. We work 72 hours a week here and when we aren't working, their is nothing to do here.

Last night after I left the gym and was in the bathroom, I was looking in the mirror and seen what was either a big cut or a hole starting on my left side, and the left side gums are in pretty bad shape.

I had bought a log earlier yesterday but when I seen it, I gave it away to a buddy here. I need to quit or I am going to have major mouth problems sooner rather than later, I can already see it forming.
