Thanks Greg...

Not sure what this means though. "Find your group ( Feb 2012) Post roll and get to reading. "
Click on the salmon colored Welcome Center and learn how to post roll call. You will be in the Jan 2012 pre-HOF (hall of fame) quit group. Posting roll is your promise to not dip for 24 hours. Wake up and post roll again tomorrow. Quit one day at a time and keep your word. You are inducted into the HOF at 100 days. I'll be looking for your post in Jan 2012 tonight.

Great job on the 30 days - that is huge! Read everything on this sight and understand your addiction. This will help strengthen your quit and weaken the craves.
Great job on posting roll. You didn't even fuck it up like most first timers. Well done. Prunes, fluids, and lots of exercise will help with the crapping. Careful with the coffee - it's like 3 times as potent now without nicotine.

30 days of quitting alone is a big accomplishment. Welcome to the site.

Find your group ( Feb 2012) Post roll and get to reading. This site has more information than you could ever hope to find anywhere else.

Drink plenty of water.
Greg, you are absolutely THE MAN since you were one of the first to welcome me here last year, but I believe at 30 days, this fellow will be in January instead of February.

I'm approaching 30 days and the withdrawls and dastardly. I was hoping it would get easier, but no yet.

Constipation sucks and my teeth feel like they are going to jump out of their gums.

Shoot!

I even cut off my big toe nail, just to chew on something.

I will stay strong though....

Good Job on the 13 days! Tomorrow make it 14. Thats all that fucking matters man! One day at a time. Read the welcome center link and understand how this place works. If you get involved you will be quit. Like most chewers i have had many different quit attempts, and nothing but attempts. I got involved with ktc and attempts don't even exist anymore. I am quit, there's no trying, I'm just doing. One day at a time. Be a part of this place and you will be quit As well
