I don't think he wants it, or at least wants it bad enough. You can only quit when you're ready. Anything else is a waste of time (yours, and everyone else's).

Glad you're here friend. Waiting on your post for roll. Not seeing it. Not seeing your promise to September, and ktc that you're quit for 24 hours.

Your intro title needs some work, my friend. You were never quit. You can only QUIT one time in your life, anything else is a break.

I am quit.

If you'd like to learn the secret of being quit, just ask. Plenty of people here can tell you how to become quit.

Gonna pick up a weapon and man your post against this enemy we call nicotine? Your September brothers and sisters would like to see you on the front line.

Hi, Jon from San Diego. I dipped from 16-21, and then quit cold turkey. But when I went to Iraq in '04 I started up again and haven't really quit since. I've gone through a lot of "last can's" and "no more afters" and realized it's not in my ability to quit cold turkey again. I also haven't been able to cut back...sure it lasts a week or two, but it's a lot of work and sooner or later it ends up being back to a can every two days...or more.

So I bought some Hooch...and ordered more online. I've really got to stick to my guns this time! I'll probably try to post in here whenever I have a craving. The nice thing is, I don't get a nicotine buzz anymore, so I won't miss that. And it only takes a couple of days for the nicotine to get out of your system. So then it's just a oral fixation that I have to deal with.

Ok have a great tobacco free day!
jpitt, congrats on making the best decision of your life!

However, we need to make a few adjustments here. We don't just "try to post in here whenever we have a craving". We post everyday in a promise to ourselves and others who are fighting the same battle that we will not use nicotine in any manner for the next 24 hours. It is the foundation of KTC. We welcome you in with open arms and will give you any and all support you need, but that is the price of admission. Can you commit to that? If so, we'll show you how you can win this war, one battle at a time.
Great advice my brother! Hey solder thanks for what you do for us all! Now get your ass in here ,sign up ,post roll and let us help you! Just an addict trying to help another addict! I quit with you today!
