Great job on Day 3, weekend is here, stay strong. Drink plenty of water, exercise, and stay busy as hell to keep your mind right.

Don't let yourself down. I QUIT WITH YOU!!!

Hey y'all,

I just laid it down cold turkey. Tobacco, I have smoked it, chewed it, dipped it, snuffed it, drank it. If there is a way to ingest tobacco, I have done it aside from shoving it up my ass. I am so tired of this disgusting habit running my life! I quit! - Day 1

Hey KB,

Great job on day 1, lets not worry about day 2 til tomorrow, and when that comes, post roll and make your promise 1 day at a time. Your gonna get foggy, when you do, come back and read, read, and read more, then reach out and we'll be right here as the others were for us( Im only 66 days) it will strengthen your quit and before you know it, you'll be in double, triple, etcc Pm me if you need digits, I quit with you Sir!!

Thanks Midget! I posted roll. I got rid of it all, but have tried quitting before and randomly found cans in places weeks later that I never expected to find them. So, I can't guarantee it's completely gone. But I can say, I really don't know of any hidden stash.
as long as you trash it when you find it all is well.

you got this one day at a time. I quit with you!

Good job on getting on roll. Make sure you make that promise early every damn day to your group that you will not use nicotine for that day. They will do the same for you. I've been quit for 73 days and haven't missed roll once. I quit with you today KYBoy and will check to see if your on roll tomorrow. I know you'll be there. Your not the type to show up for one day and then disappear. Today you are a BADASS QUITTER and i know you will be tomorrow!!
