Day 1......again. I started again about 4 years ago after a three year lay off. Dumb thing to start again. But after a total of 15, 16 years its time. I'll do it again but I sure am irritable right now!

How to Post Roll
The truth is not afraid to be questioned. The Truth wants you to question it, so it can remove all your doubts. Only then can you be free.

A Quit Plan: Do you have one?

CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit.
After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco. SportDad 1/13/05

If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected.
