Read everything you can. As you figured out the hard way there is no " just one".

Understand what it is we do here. When you do post your promise and lets get this shit done.

You will be glad you did.

After dipping off and on since I was 17, I finally said screw it. I was doing so good. 5 months with out it when I got drunk and started back up. So Sunday, the 5th, I said bye bye dip. It's day 3 and yes IT SUCKS. But a few bad days are worth it to be done completely. This time it will work. I know it.

I'm not doing this for anyone but myself. I havent even told friends i'm doing it. I'm waiting to see if the notice I don't beg for a spit bottle on a long road trip. The driving part makes it the hardest. That's when I want it the most. I might not have picked the best day with it being the end of the quarter at college but screw it. I needed this. We all need this. So let the quit journey begin, AGAIN. This time, for good!
