I am trying to find roll call. I found the instructions for posting from the pc, phone, ect. But I'm having trouble finding my quit group to quote the previous roll call.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm sure once I do it a few times it wont be a thing! TIA Tony

Welcome Tony and congrats on a great decision. You can do this. Drink plenty of water, find a distraction or substitute for dip, post roll early every day, keep your promise, get to know other quitters, and stay strong.
Quit date: September 25, 2016
HOF date: January 2, 2017
Comma date: June 21, 2019

Become as addicted to your quit as you were to nic.
