Highschool - Where are you? You should have posted Day one Mon. Night, day 2 Tuesday, and Day 3 before you go to school Wed. ( today). I have seen you lurking tonight. Did you throw your can away?

Man up and Post roll! You are very lucky that you found KTC this early. You should take full advantage of the opportunity this site provides.

Maybe you need to re-read the Kern story. Maybe take a look at the links on KTC.org. Click on "Facts about Smokeless Tobacco" and then click "Nineteen Year Old......". After you read that click on the link directly below titled "Gruen Van Behrens....."

After you read, come back to this post and answer the following questions...

1) Do I want to loose my jaw?
2) Do I want to look like that?
3) Do I want to put my family through that?
4) Do I not want to have to worry about that because I am in control and I can post roll everyday?

The correct answers are No, No, No, and Yes.

Your life, your decision.

It was good talking with you in chat, one last question. What happens when your sports season is over and if you and your girlfriend broke up (hypothetcally). What reasons do you have to stay quit then?

Dump your can out. Post roll. Read what's one the site, and don't be afraid to talk to any of us. I would be proud to be quit with you.

Hey guys, I have smoked for 1 year then I quit because I hated the constant bad smell, then I got hooked on chew for about a year. I just finished my last dip when I decided to quit. I play highschool football, wrestling, and track. I first decided to quit when our school started drug testing for extra curricular activities. Also my girlfriend is getting sick of it. She threatened to leave me if I don't quit. I recently told her my decision and she's going to stick by me and help me through it. I didn't dip too much just about a half a can a day. Right now I'm feeling pretty sick at the idea of quitting. You guys should know that when you haven't chewed in a while you start to lose your attention span and its hard to stay focused. I'm used to dipping in the shower every morning before school to help me through the day but that is gonna half to change. I know it still isn't healthy but I may need to invest in some coffee. Dipping seemed to also help with my migraines but my doctor said I'm too young for Excederine or any other high powered migraine medication. I've got wrestling open gym tomorrow but I'll be sure to post when I get home. Peace.
Highschool - Welcome to KTC. You just made a great decision by joining.

Go to the top of this page and click on the Welcome Center. Read why we post roll and how to post roll. Go to your quit group which is February 2012 and post Day 1 right now!

After that, read Words of Wisdom, HOF Speeches, the Kern Story and everything else on this site.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing that you need to do tonight is Post Day 1 Roll!

The MOST IMPORTANT thing that you need to do tomorrow is post Day 2 roll call before you take a shower! This is your promise to us that you will not dip tomorrow.

PM me if you have any questions.

I am quit with you today.
