Hello all, I am ashamed to say I have been chewing off and on for almost 30 years. The last 10 years I can probably count on both my hands how many days I have gone without. I am not ashamed to say that I absolutely want and need to quit this nasty habit. I cant believe I have fought through 6 years of college, 20 year career, building a good side business, all the ups and downs of life yet quitting dip is by far the most difficult thing I have ever done. I have browsed around this site and all the forums and hopefully will attain my goal of reaching the hall of fame, but more importantly finally stopping. Thanx in advance for all the advice, encouragement, listening and venting you will be providing.
Hi there. Welcome and congrats on your quit. First, we all have shameful stories regarding our use of nicotine. In here, you get to share them and no judgements are made. We also don't try to quit or hope to quit. Here, we simply DO. It's really simple. Just quit for today. Worry about tomorrow when it arrives. Post roll and make your promise. Repeat.

You're come to the right place brother. KTC is dips worst nightmare. Because around here we don't "try to quit" or "hope to quit". No, here we quit and stay quit. And it's done very simply. One day at a time. Overcoming one craving at a time, using the resources on the site. Don't be afraid to be open about what you're going through. Especially to us on this site. We've been there, we're going through exactly what you are. Hang in there! I'm quit with you.
Quit date: 1/6/2014

Do you remember nicotine? Do you truly remember her? The way she controlled you financially, emotionally and physically? The lies she whispered in your ear daily? Remember how one dip was too many and one thousand was never enough? Yeah, so do I. That's why I'm here. That's why I post roll. That's why I support my brothers and sisters. Because I remember her too damn well.

Welcome. have you posted roll? If not, Click and Read this

After printing instructions, this is your group that you will post roll and promise to be quit today. Your group and where you post

This is a great place to learn. Don't change the plan, read and follow. Be a sponge and you will soon tackle the hardest thing to do...Quit.

It works. I don't get paid for my testimonial but I didn't think I could quit. Failed so many times before. KTC and the plan. Today is 678 days nic free.

Post roll every "Today" never worry about being quit tomorrow. Too far away and not worth thinking about. Keep your word to your quit brothers. Repeat when you wake and it is Today again.
