Well 29 days in any I feel pretty damn good.  Last night I had my first dip dream and it scared the fuck outta me for sure.  I was so glad to wake up and realize it was just a dream cause I really didn't want to have to answer the questions.

Glad as fuck to still be quit and active on KTC as much as possible!
Dip dreams suck but they serve a useful purpose... They remind you of what you were 29 days ago. You don't want to go back to that and that is why u posted roll. You are free today and that is pretty cool! Keep at it today. Quit with you all day.
Nice 29 days. You are doing it! Those dip dreams are a great reminder of what you're up against.
Hmmm...never really thought about it that way, that's a damn good way to look at em. Really wish I would ha e thought about my drinking dreams like that early in that quit, would have made that a bit easier.

End of day 16! Cravings are for the most part gone...for now. Had a few minor headaches this week, still think about my after meal dips a littlebit. Wake up every night between 3 - 5 am for about 30min which really passes me off cause I need my fuckin beauty sleep.
Trying to stay active on here which is tough sometimes at work on my phone but I manage to bring up the roll page every chance I get to see who is posting and what bitching is going on for the day.
FUCK THE NIC BITCH
I WILL WIN

Every day is better, except for the ones that aren't. That's when you dig in and really quit; when you don't want to. You have to want this more than anything. Keep on the site. I live here. Read everything. Post roll and honor your word all day. Simple formula for success.

End of day 9! It's going pretty good now, only problem I am having is I'm always hungry. I haven't really ate breakfast in years but I am so damn hungry in the morning now. Not so much oral fixation as it is stomach just feels empty. Other than that it's off to bed than another day
dhofert...
You're doing fine. Increased appetite is normal. It's just that your taste buds are coming alive again. And everything tastes so damn good! It's okay to gain a few lbs at the beginning of your quit. You can shed them later.

I don't really know what to put here but based on other I have read, I have chewed from 18-29 and finally had enough.  I have been poking around here for the last few months off and on and decided its time NOW! I tossed 6 full tins and my favorite glass bottle. It has been 8 days now and I feel great probably 90% of the day, now to get a full night of sleep...

I love the accountability on this site, it reminds me a lot of AA which I have been going to for just shy of 5yrs now.  I would like to get a few more numbers as I only have one at this time.

Lets kick this nic bitches ass together!!
Welcome. Click on the "Welcome Center" tab above and learn how to post roll. It is the first thing you should do each morning. It is your promise to yourself to stay quit, and also a promise to the rest of us that are here to support you. 8 days no nicotine? That's a great start. And good job tossing your tins and spitter bottle. Check your inbox. See you in roll.
ZillahCowboy.
Nice job posting roll for the first time!

Welcome dhofert. We are glad you are here, first a couple ?s. Why did you decide now was the time?  Did something happen?  Since you been poking around here do you know how to post roll?  If so, please do so and welcome to the quit club.  It's crazy serious in here and we love it.  So will you.
Mogul, I decided that now was the time because I'm tired of my mouth being tore up all the time with sores. Yeah I have been posting roll since day one, just never put up an intro.
