I find it interesting that the majority of quitters on this site seem to have problems sleeping, especially early on. I was the complete opposite - for that first week while I was in the fog, all I wanted to do was sleep! When I was dipping, I'd stay up until midnight or later every night, and then wake up each morning like a grumpy bear.
During the first week of my quit, some 50 days ago now, all I wanted to do was sleep. I was going to be around 8:00 for the first few days, and then over time it got more reasonable. Now I go to bed around 10:30pm, not because I want to, but because Im just tired (it's actually harder to stay up late now!)
I do wake up feeling like a million bucks compared to the way I used to feel when I dipped, so I'm definitely not complaining. Part of the many benefits you'll notice once you stick it out and stay quit. It will get better - just keep quitting!
