One post and gone? That hasn't worked for you in the past 16 years?
If you want to be quit and stay quit, post roll everyday with us on KTC. Or we will see you in 2 years when you are ready to take this seriously.

What's up fox? Made me chuckle a little, you wanting to keep your teeth. Seriously it's hard to keep teeth with out jaw bone's. This quitting is tough. If you take it halfass, you will fail. Read, listen, and learn. There will be stuff here you want like, take what you need and leave the rest! Post roll. Early, every damn day! (Edd). I Quit with you today!

Welcome to quit. It will be a rough go at first, but it does get better.

Quit is simple, but very difficult. Nicotine is a strong addiction, it rewires our brains to want more nicotine. There will be physical withdrawal and later mental games as we heal.

Join the May 2016 quit group and post roll, your daily promise to use no nicotine for 24 hours. Get to know the quitters there, exchange digits with them, build a support network.

Use the forum and the digits to vent your quit rage, pass craves, and bs... spare your family from any rage -- we understand it and they don't deserve it.

Drink lots of water, exercise, read this site for information and inspiration.

Hello,
I'm 31 years old been dipping since I was 15. I have attempted to stop a few times but I kept going back. I started dipping increasingly more when I joined the Army. By the time I left I was at 2 cans day. I was going to go out and get a can another because I ran out but I stopped myself . It's 1:48 am and I just want to quit be healthy be able to watch my daughter grow up, keep all my teeth and so on.

Smart decision. Quitting is 100% about your desire and commitment to no longer being a slave to your addiction.
