This married father of a 9 month old beautiful baby girl, started dipping at age 20. Griffgod14 decided to join us at KTC and quit because he doesnÂ’t want to miss anything that his baby girl does.

Now Griffdog14 will feel right at home on the train, he is used to driving big rigs. In fact, he once bought an old school bus and drove it around the country for 3 months. To celebrate this achievement Griffdog14 is going to spend the day with his daughter.

You can pick this motorsports marketing consultant out of a crowd because he will be the one slapping his wifes ass in public, you may catch a glimpse of him mountian biking, or lounging and watching re-runs of the Sopranos. His words of wisdom are to “Use the energy, frustration and pent up anger of the quit to start a new hobby or get into shape.” And like most of us horned up quitters Griffdog14 is a fan of all the boob avatars on KTC. Who can blame him? I can’t and I wont.

In case of an emergency on the train Griffdog14 wants us to contact fellow FFFoQ Hall of Famer George Hayduke. He said he and George started talking early on, vented and kept each other in-line.

Welcome aboard Griffdog14, grab a drink, grab a seat and sit back and bask in the achievement that is triple digits. YouÂ’ve earned it. Congrats!!

Grff, Here is what the Nic Bitch did to me today. Once a year I have to go through a qualification evaluation for my work. That was today. It ranks medium on the stress level and I am always glad when it is over. I thought I would have a hard time before the eval. But no, nada, she didn't show up. Until, it was over. I passed and she wanted to celebrate with me. She was saying, Mogul, you can do anything, you can quit me anytime, so lets go have a party and celebrate your success.

Very clever. Didn't work but I respected how clever she was. You have to watch her closely.

I ain't gonna smell your finger (you probably use single Ply) but your welcome to pull mine!

Welcome aboard. It's time for a change in thought, at least for me. I agree quitting sucked ass, but it wasn't the hardest thing I've ever done because of the help here. It would have been among the hardest things I've done without this bunch of addicts.
Haha Single ply like sand paper baby!

"Change of thought" that's exactly it. It's amazing how this brain can either mess with you or be your best friend. Thanks for the help.

I'll be right over to pull your finger, have some matches handy.

Welcome to the KTC quit train Griffdog. I like to call it that because it is easy to get on the quit train , but it is a bitch to stay aboard at first. We are over 17,000 members strong and will support you all the way. What we do is provide you with the tools to quit and help you along that rough patch of track. We will be there for you every step of the way to freedom. We will be there when you are hurting, when you are in the suck, when you feel like raging, venting or just talking to someone on the phone. Around here, we call that Brotherhood.

Joining us means you will do a few things. First and foremost, you will post Roll. Roll is your daily promise to yourself and all of your new brothers and sisters that you will not use tobacco in any form that day. You will post your name and the number of days you are quit each day in the February 2014 quit group. Each and every day you will post your promise. No exceptions. That is the price of admission to KTC. Nothing more and nothing less. The reason you are put in February is that will be the month that you will celebrate being 100 days free of nicotineÂ…your Hall of Fame date.
Now that you know the basics, it is time to read all you can on this site. Go to the welcome center and that will get you started. Post roll and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Lets get your quit started today. Congrats on taking control of your life. Wayne

Smell my finger
« on: November 08, 2013, 07:00:00 PM »
Glad to be on board. Battling through day 2 and I'm at the point where I'd throw in a chew if I found it in a cat turd..ha...damn this is hard.

After 6 years, a can a day, and thousands of dollars, I'm done.

This was a personal decision, inspired by my 6 month old daughter, encouraged by my wife. This WILL be one of the hardest things I've ever done and I look forward to taking this trip with some awesome people.

Cheers,

PG
