And for fucks sake drink as much water as you can shove down your gullet until you feel like you wanna puke it back up. Cold showers help during the worst of the cravings. You really fuckin jonesing and can't think of anything else besides dip, you jump into an ice cold shower, and I mean screaming cold, you turn into an inny cold, you wont give a flying fuck about dip at that moment.

You won't regret quitting sooner rather than later, but you might regret going right on through the 29th using.

Your quit date needs to be right now. No landmark...mine was January 16th, a nothing day then, but a day I'll never forget now. How about you honor your grandma by being nicotine free for an entire week at her funeral? I think that would be a hell of a lot better way to honor her memory than waiting until she was in the ground to throw out the tin.

Your quit day will be a landmark day regardless of what happens around it. You will never forget it. You are not serious until the contents of any and all cans you have on you are flushed down the toilet.

I am serious...quit date is the 29th which is my grandmas funeral. I figure a landmark day would inspire but what do you guys think?
