Ween means gradually stop, so that's not even an actual date. Are you seeing the pattern here? You keep pushing it off, and pushing it off, and pushing it off. I pushed quitting off for 13 years. Some people pushed it off for 40. And sadly, too many pushed it off and DIED before they got around to quitting. It has to stop TODAY or it won't stop at all. And deep down, you know that. I know you do. Stop ALL FORMS of nicotine, something I know you CAN do if you really want to do it. Just get rid of it, bro.

Let's try this plan instead. Today, 7/14/2015, is the big day. Toss that rancid gum away that you don't need, cut all ties with nicotine, a substance that you also don't need no matter what the excuse, and let's get you experiencing true freedom again. Forget your previous attempts to stop. We don't attempt anything here. We simply do it. Actually give the site a fair shot man. Go into the chatroom and meet the folks there. Trade numbers with your group in October. Give this place a fair shot before you determine quitting can't be done without patches, or gum, or whatever else.

You can do this!
