Last post for me on your intro Dalco, fool me once............

Dude, you are 18, and in the blink of an eye, you will be 28 - and still using. Trust us on that. Do it now and never look back.

What a shame.

Dalco - you had some pretty bad ass quitters reach out to offer support. Integrity is key here. You have to be a man of your word. Those of us that have been on the site for a while know that the success rate for quitters your age is low... Because we all lied to ourselves when we were 18 too. And 19. And 20. And 21. And 22.... This is tough but so worth it. But we can't quit for you.

I sure hope I'm wrong about you. But right now you are very much a long shot. 2 caves in a week? Prover wrong bud. Make me regret posting this.

I'm sorry to all of January and everyone else helping me on this site. I'm an idiot and I truly apologize for my actions.
This site works. Brotherhood + Accountability = Success.

Brotherhood... Building a team of support including others walking in the same shoes as you, and some vets on the site. This quit is bigger than you Dalco. It is a team effort and we don't let our team down. That isn't what brothers do... We fight to protect our honor.

Accountability.... Post your promise. Keep your word. One day at a time. Don't focus on the past, you can't change that. Don't think about tomorrow... Focus only on today. You can do anything for a day, if you are a man of your word. But... Price of admission here is to post your promise daily. No more free passes dude - if you have to crawl through Fire to get to Internet... It will be worth the burns.

You can do this. We will help.

Sorry guys. I didn't have access for a few days but it was nobody's fault but mine that I caved. Flushed the rest down the toilet and back at day 1. Posted roll today at like 3am. I'm quitting forsure this time and that's a fact. Period. Good to be back.
So you are telling us your willpower is so weak, that 3 days without a computer makes you poison yourself?

Post your promise. Keep your word.

Welcome to day 2. You can do this Daniel. Soon the fog will clear, and when it does you will not believe how clear and beautiful the sky will be. Keep putting one foot in front of the thee and remember, you will never have to relive day 1 again.
So you caved after 4 days because you didn't have access to the site or a computer? Did you get ANYONE'S phone number? Did you think this is a pretend quit site? Help me help you Dalco.
Come on man. You got this.

But you have some explaining to do... What happened?

Also, so you can't use the no numbers excuse I'll PM you mine..

Dalco, man up and get back in January right away. YouÂ’ve got some confessing to do or youÂ’re doomed.
Quit since 1/23/14

Dalco,

Just to be blunt for a minute because I was an 18 yr old male once... Don't fuck this up man. Holy shit, I would give my left.. nope make that right nut (left is a little bigger 'winker' ) to have been smart enough to walk away at your age. Instead I get to worry for the rest of my life if the damage has already been done and one day... poof... bad news.

You are clearly smarter than I was at 18 because you are here... I am begging you to be much more of a man than I was at 18 as well and own this quit. Stay strong, lean on others, but do not fall back on your word.

You may not believe this at your age but 20 yrs goes by so fucking fast it's incredible... Seriously, blink and those years are gone. Don't lose those years to the nic bitch like so many of us have....

I quit with you today!
I second this post. 42 years old and I would kill to go back to 18 and quit. You're making the right move man.
