Once you've posted roll, you have made a promise to yourself, your quit group, the supporters in your quit group, and the entire KTC community that you will not use nicotine in any form for th rest of the day.

Â… there still is that part of me that enjoyed the dip and the routine of dipping when driving, after a meal etc... It was like saying goodbye to my best friend.
Anyone who quits needs to develop a deep hatred for tobacco, and dip, and nicotine, and the companies that sell the shit. Quitting nicotine was like losing a close friend for almost all of us. But nicotine has never done a damn thing for you. It has never relieved stress, never made doing something easier, never helped celebrate, or helped mourn. It has satisfied the craving for itself. Period.
