Make sure you read everything on KTC. The knowledge is what can keep you from caving.

Thanks for the info. Not trying to brag. The first 3 weeks were brutal. Probably one of the single hardest things I've done. And yes it is always going to be a process. We're taking it one day at a time. And one pack of wrigley exta at a time.

Try not to get too high or too low. There will be moments when you think you're doing fantastic followed by a moment that convinces you quitting is the most difficult thing in the world. All you have to worry about is posting roll, staying quit, and surviving until tomorrow. Be proud of yourself after every day being quit, but never let your guard down

Do you remember nicotine? Do you truly remember her? The way she controlled you financially, emotionally and physically? The lies she whispered in your ear daily? Remember how one dip was too many and one thousand was never enough? Yeah, so do I. That's why I'm here. That's why I post roll. That's why I support my brothers and sisters. Because I remember her too damn well.

I have been a two tin a day guy since 15.
My wife and I picked a quit day.the same day might not of been the best option but we've made it this long and it's only getting easier. I came across this sight aweek ago. Love the calculator for saving it is a big motivation. But so is everyone's post. 32 yr old male. 33 female . http://www.picgifs.com/smileys/s
