GREAT CHOICE...CONGRATS!!!

Post roll, keep your word, and repeat. We're counting on each other to never let one another down. We got your back, you got ours. We'll get through this together.

Nic is tough and doesn't give up easy. But this is a fight worth winning...the stakes couldn't be higher. I don't know if would have been your next dip, one a week away, or a year, but one thing is for certain...NIC WILL KILL YOU IF YOU LET IT.

Be strong. Stay focussed and stay quit.

Congrats on making one of the best decisions of your life. And I'm not completely talking about quitting. I'm talking about the fact you have decided to stop buying into the lie you have been living while chosing to dip. Make the quit about you, brother. Here's something I posted before...think it might help you, maybe others...

Look, quitting is tough... I made a statement early on in my quit that I would make damn sure that my marriage ended before my quit. That was based on the best piece of advice I could have ever recieved - make the quit about you. Don't quit for someone else...don't quit to save the marriage. Don't quit to make yur parents proud. Don't quit because your girl is ragging you non-stop about dipping. Cuz, if you do, what happens when your wife says she's done, regardless of you quitting? What happens when (God forbid) your parents pass on? What happens when you realize that your girl isn't the one you plan on being with the rest of your life?

Make this quit about you...no matter what else is going on in your relationships or life...don't set yourself up to fail your quit because it wasn't done for YOU.
Blah...Blah...Blah...You keep TALKIN....I'll keep QUITTIN

I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to support YOUR quit.

i really like this site and the thought of support and bringing the personal lies to light with others that understand.

1) i quit last week (monday 22nd)

2) i have cruised around this site and picked up a lot of good info

3) i just registered

4) i have read about quit groups and posting roll, but not sure how to do that stuff

I am really glad to be quit if only for a week at this point. i couldnt keep up the lie and finally just didnt do it for a few hours, a day, and a week...

thanks to all
Welcome David,

You're already a week into the Quit which is awesome!!! The nicotine is out of your system, now it's jumping the mental hurdles. One day at a time, you can do it. I know this because there are a bunch of crazy mother fuckers on this site that did, have, and continue to do it.
PM me if I can be of any assistance to you.

STAY STRONG-STAY QUIT

Brian
